Hey everyone my name is Jasiah! I love everything outdoors from camping to chilling on the lake. Being healthy and fit helps me enjoy these time so much more so I can hike longer and with less pain. Exercising is how I relieve stress and focus my energy in a healthy and beneficial way. Regardless of if it’s a long hike in the woods or a intense weight lifting session it gets the job done.
